Bespoke Decoration Styling

The decoration styling packages are quoted directly when applying for a Christmas Tree and include delivery, styling and installation in the Sydney area.

These will be shipped from our warehouse from October 2024. Delivery only available within Australia.

Pre Lit Red Ruby Trees

Processing Time
Please allow between 5–10 business days for our team to prepare and dispatch your order. This timeframe applies to in-stock items and does not include delivery time.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:

VIC, SA & NSW: 2–3 business days
TAS, QLD, NT & WA: 2–5 business days

Please note that WA customers may occasionally experience delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are estimates only.

Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

If you can’t find your tracking number, please get in touch with us at hello@danceranddasher.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.

Pickup
We offer a pickup option for local customers. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection, including pickup location and instructions.

Click & Collect
Click and Collect is currently available. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything is correct and undamaged.

If you notice any issues, contact us straight away so we can resolve it quickly.
